The rental rates shown in the following table are per night, per apartment and are inclusive of all taxes.
Each apartment sleeps two persons only. We are sorry that we have no facilities for additional guests.

Terms & Conditions of Rental
Rental Period
Our rental period is usually for a minimum of 7 days. However, we will consider any request for 4 days or more, if it fits in with existing bookings.
The rental period starts at 3pm on the day of your arrival and ends at 11am on the day of your departure. During less busy periods, we can be flexible on our check-in and check-out times so please do ask if these times are not convenient.
Payment Terms
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit for 2 nights. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
We accept payment by direct debit or cheque (UK Sterling). We also accept payment in US dollars by check.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your reservation, the following charges will apply:
(1) Outside 6 weeks from arrival date, you will forfeit your booking deposit.
(2) Within 6 weeks of your arrival date, you will forfeit the full amount you have paid. If we are able to re-let the apartment, we will be pleased to reimburse you for any re-let nights.
Liability
We let the accommodation at The Beach House on the understanding that you are responsible for your own safety and well-being. We are not liable for any damage, loss or personal injury which may occur during your stay. As with all foreign travel, it is advisable to have relevant travel insurance cover.
If you have any complaints or concerns about your accommodation, please speak to Porridge without delay and we will try to rectify any problems. We would like to point out to prospective guests that The Beach House offers a unique holiday experience and is not intended to be a hotel or other official tourist residence. The property reflects local traditions and the personal taste of the owners and as such it is important that guests not only accept but are able to embrace the differences that The Beach House offers in comparison to a hotel or to where you normally live. There is no air-conditioning, we do not have a swimming pool, there is no television – this is truly a place where you can get away from it all.
